Before you send
What happens if the receiver is not around?
The rider calls twice and waits 10 minutes. If nobody picks, the parcel returns to our nearest hub and we redeliver the next day at half price. Your tracker shows every attempt with the time.
Why is there a bridge charge?
Crossing between the mainland and the island adds distance, tolls and traffic. We add a flat ₦700 for bikes and ₦2,000 for vans instead of surprising you on the road.
What can't you carry?
Cash above ₦500,000, live animals, gas cylinders, anything illegal, and items over 15 kg on a bike. Book a van for furniture, appliances and bulk stock.
How does cash-on-delivery work?
The rider collects cash or a transfer from your customer, confirms it on the waybill, and we pay you back on your plan's schedule minus the remittance fee. You see every payout in one statement.
Is my parcel insured?
Every parcel has basic cover up to ₦20,000. Tick "fragile handling + parcel cover" to cover the full value you declare for 1.5% of that value, minimum ₦300.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
Yes, from 10 am to 6 pm, Same-day and Scheduled only. Express runs Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm.
